Owners, Paul and Lorraine Ingenito, have been hard at work restoring the physical appearance of the Inn and reworking its menu with the goal of elevating the Perryville Inn to a higher standard of culinary and historical excellence.  Each task is approached with uncompromising taste and extraordinary energy.

The menu is constantly changing, with seasonal features like smoked breast of duck salad with fresh figs; arugula, radicchio and port vinaigrette for an appetizer or seared fillet of red snapper topped with jumbo lump crab meat on a bed of wilted spinach with sherried lobster sauce as an entrée followed by classic caramelized banana tart for dessert.  A truly transcendent experience.
